Here is an instruction how to get cable/pinout information:
1. be sure that you have downloaded and installed latest Infinity-Box Pinouts update: Infinity-Box - News
2. run Infinity-Box Shell
3. select required model
4. see detailed information about cable/pinout (Rx/Tx/Gnd pins and other information)

Here is an example of information given by Infinity-Box Shell:

After unlocking this phone, it says invalid sim where it suppose to display the network name. So , i tried flash with support file but always stops at 2% when writing flash. so phone now dead.
it still communicates, but always stops at 2% flash writing.
My opinion to the team is to give an update that will make the flashing possible.

yes u are correct, flashing always stop at 2 per cent, but phone work perfectly with invald sim display on the network place

Could you, please, read full flash once again.
It looks lkie backup was read from your phone incompletely (file size is too small).

ok pls also try to work on d unlocking without invalid sim, because i reunlock the phone and it still work without invalid sim display on the network, may be this can help u

If somebody has Haier-M150 phone (that can not be unlocked yet), please, try to flash phone with this firmware and unlock phone once again.
Waiting for your results !

IMPORTANT: Make original full flash backup before flash phone with file from support area !
