Hello can you help me , i got a chinese phone ZTC588 but the manual is in chinese and i don't now how to use. do you now where can i get the english manual?

I have many problems , the phone resets by it self to factory setting, the second sim SIM2 dosn't work is say "EMERGENCY"
I used with two diferents sims company " Telefonica and Claro "
