having menu problem in 02x1b
 

got a phone with menu problem in 02x1b; guess it was badly unlock before customer bring it to me; my query is:

if i flash only the eprom available from support and then unlock phone again, will the mobile be ok or should i make full flash??

Hello,

To be honest: never have seen phones with this problem.
Please, read flash bacup from this phone and send to: [email protected] to check.
After you have made backup you can try to repair phone by writing eeprom from support area. If it will be no luck after repair eeprom, try to make full flash.

flash your phone with main+lp+flex & all be done tested by me today with the same problem
