Member: 130995 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 35,227 | Hello, You must connect box to PC and do not disconnect box during any operations. Also do not use any kind of USB hubs and check that smart-card contacts is clean and smart-card connected well to card holder contacts. |

helllo sir smart card contact is cleaned and also i have changed interface buy new one but same problem i m not using any kind of usb hub i m using only orig pc hub. i m facing this problem only when i connect any set to infinity and click on any option like flash unlock format etc... without connecting set all is ok also my cable is good check with other box working pefect.. waiting for ur kind reply br ihtisham khalil | |
