HELLO FORUM, I FROM MEXICO, mY ENGLISH IS POOR BUT I GONNA TRY. HOW CAN MAKE A FULL FLASH FOR THIS FHONE, I DOWNLOAD the epromp , but when the box say me press hold power button don hapen noting ,i think the box not detect the phone, the green led of a box only flashing, how can do for the box detect the phone if the phone is dead. help please, and many many thanks for all your,

Hello,

If phone can not be detected by software it may be 2 reasons:
1. wrong cable/pinout. You need to double check your cable, probably you need to swap Rx <-> Tx wires
2. phone hardware is damaged. You need to check phone hardware first and then try to flash phone again.
