i have c139 work fine and not locked
want to change lang to arabic
did i mast flashed with three file main+lpe+flex
if yes
i have these file
C139_1.0.06_Main.31M
C139_1.0.06_LPE_T11_00F_Ar_Fs_Fr_Ur.31PC139_1[1].0.06_Flex_FFL_58_10F_Tigo_708-01.31M

is thise corect or not
