There is connector that has L12A and a set of 10 coloured wires .
How to connect them to the PCB ?

Hello,

You can solder all wires to phone PCB test-points, select 1x24 pins connector in software and make automatic pinout detection.
It will be not fast but easy method to detect pinout for unknown PCB test points.
