what do you mean by unlock via software

Just skip step 1. and follow rest steps.
After you will try these procedire without step 1. we will continue this discussion

hello Infinty team how to enter 12345678 I tried with and without sim but phone is still locked. it says sim locked.And Infinity says already unlocked

Phones with blocked unlock counter can not be unlocked yet with Infinity-Box
