Member: 1815867 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Help with Infinity Box Plus Combo Edition RED Now, I was thinking that Infinity will be the best choice to start because I am a new user, so I connected the box to the pc, everything goes fine, all lights work all drivers installed, upgraded dongle and activated the box and the internal pinfinder... Now it's possibile that do not find any pinout? I was thinking that maybe some china phones do not have the pinout in the cable, so I soldered cables directly on the pcb of the phone, and I've used the rj-45 cable named J-Tag SG-AT106 to connect the box to the cables that I soldered on the pcb of the phone But with my surprise do not work either! phone receive power and power up too, so I think that voltage is ok, but it seems like that do not read tx or rx I've even tried to invert tx and rx but still nothing Am I wrong? Or the box do not work? |

Member: 148515 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 19,534 | hello! if you want to test connection with direct cable- you must use Pin 2,3 of box's RJ45 port. these pins are Tx, Rx. Gnd must be taken from pin 8. |

Member: 1815867 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | So If I want to test the connection with a direct cable I need to crimp the cables that I solderd on the pcb of the phones and make an RJ-45 and putting those cables on 2, 3 and 8 pin of the rj-45 So This will work? Tomorrow I will test it and post the results, I hope that will work... |

Member: 1815867 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | The my damned box do not work! It's official! I've tried everything, it seems like that send data but not read! I mean, I have tried to send AT commands from a Terminal, when I connect on the port of the box the software greatly slow down, for send a command it takes a lot of time! And in the end, I've tried to make Rj-45 cables, they works but the box still not work After that I've tried with F-Bus Clap that have an UFS RJ-45 Cable, after set the RJ-45 UFS in pinfinder, I've tried to read but nothing! and another thing, I've tried to connect to my Original Nokia N70 with the adapter P-14F and do not find any PINOUT (and this is impossible, because I have the same USB cable and works!) What I have to do?? I have spent 300 USD for nothing |

Member: 148515 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 19,534 | hello! pinout search work only for certain CPU types, only for serial communication. mostly for china made phones with MT62xx CPU. our box does not search and can not use USB communication in any way. original Nokia CPU is not supported. Even if you see P-14F cable- it is for other china phones, which uses MT62xx inside |

Member: 148515 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 19,534 | hello! are you sure in CPU type used in this phone? you must correctly select it in pinfinder software. this is must do in any any existing box. second: count number of pins and pick correct (suitable) cable for this phone. thirs: connect power wires (red & black) to battery connector. press "power On" in pinfinder software and after phone is sourced- try to switch it On. it must get On. now you are ready for pinout search. Just press "Find it!" and keep power button pressed all the way while search is in progress. Please try to follow this tutorial on mt62xx phone |

Member: 1815867 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Yes I'm sure that the phone mount an MT62XX because I have an USB key (USB to Virtual Com) and after connected the cables on the pcb of the phones, I can comunicate with the phone with AT commands from a Terminal Software and the phone answer fast to those commands and I've made a Full Flash file with MTK Flash Tool With the box there's nothing to do, when I try to connect to the phone from terminal, after connected to the box port the software slow down and to send an AT command takes a lot of time! (Without answers, even after specified pinout!) So what can I do? |
