i have a infinity box

Dongle serial No (S/N): ******
Firmware version: 010C.02
Smart-card status: activated
"UK edition" status: On
Last launched application: 000B v.0143

the problem is that

when i open any brand the imei writer dont are here..

in motorola or in LG or any brand...

plz help..hurry

This information was repeated in this forum more than 100 times, but it's not a problem to repeat it one more time:
How to make "imei" option visible: run Dongle Manager, go to "Read S/N" and DISABLE "UK-EDITION" option.
