Sir can you help me my china phone

The unit is ZTC 1100 the problem of the phone shutting down if you insert the Sim card..

1st i format it in a Ffs complete...and it's done..but the the unit is same problem now i try it' FORMAT whole flash clip..after the process of that.. the unit is dead...i don't any backup of that..eeprom and flash file....how can i fix this problem..any idea....

Here's the image of the unit and can you give me flash file and Eeprom..

try to download flash file from support are and flash the phone
