Help me cannot unlock motorola w220!!!

i try to unlock motorola w220 with infinity with moto 191 cable but cannot only show press power on , i press but nothing, how to unlock it, thnx........

Mate check your com port in setting ,have you chosen the corect com port in setting? Are you sure that your cable is ok?

I've had same problem but it is 'cause new phone version. That might be the problem
