Member: 652685 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1594842 Thanks Meter: 45 | i have opened support from dongle. Downloaded 1.46 version and installed it. After installation i was doing some other works. than after one hour i thought of latest model updates in cdma dongle new software. when i click to open cdcma2.exe it gives me error. my other dongle was working fine. i also checked by changing reader but no success. Please help. |

Did you installed any new drivers and/or boxers last time ? Also, are you sure that PC restart when you run Shell ? Is it restart when you run Shell or when you run cdma02.exe ? | |

And i installed bb5 setup too.Now bb5 service tool is working well. but cdma tools not working. its new and nothing do any job by cdma tools. And im Sure that when run cdma02.exe.my pc restart. please help me. | |

I think yes, because you have to use some kind of cables with [BEST]. If so, I suggest you to re-install FTDI drivers. Where to get latest FTDI drivers: 1. latest FTDI VCP drivers is here: http://ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm How to re-install FTDI drivers in case of any problems or conflicts with another boxes: 1. disconnect box from PC 2. uninstall FTDI drivers: C:\Windows\system32\ftdiunin.exe 3. reboot PC 4. connect box to PC and install FTDI drivers from Infintiy-Box package or from http://ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm | |
