it was working fine sudenly start to show dongle damaged error code 65!!!, plz i need help?

brother when it gives this error? during flashing, unlocking and while pin detecting. Some time users connect wrong (possitive to negitive and negitive to possitive) power pins and it gives error. Please give us explanation

Unstall your Box drivers and all software of infinity
Remoot your system and again install
It will work fine
if not then uninstall other box drivers or check on different pc that have install no smartcard of other box
