dear all product supporter in this section,i wanna ask something........is there any trick to format or flash or reset user code Nexian G923

why when i try to format or reset user code it says "wrong packet cs" (in this case i had forgot my user code)
but when i try to flash it with the original backup from this phone,the progress only get 57% then it show error that ask for me to "retry or cancel"
plizzz.......anybody can help me the tricks or the right step by step how to reset user code or format or flash it with safe

do like this ..... or if not susces flash but this one work for me

now it's software or maybe hardware.........the is new and still with warranty seal but when i try to search the pinout using APF there's like a little noise

the phone has succeeded by free software
infinity team please upgrade format function and bypass touchscreen more better
