help pin finder cant activate


pls help my
i have a problem with my infinity box pin finder
i cant activate.. i follow the instruction but still..
if i run the firmware...PLS DOWNLOAD LATEST UPGRADE-CLIENT FROM SUPPORT AREA AND UPGRADE DONGLE FIRMWARE....
then i run donle manager...this is the logs..

any other solution? pls help..
i buy this 2nd hand and i dont have contact with him..

Hello,

If you will post your dongle S/N again in public forum we will block your dongle for 2 weeks, so pls think next time before post.

What to do in your situation: if your PinFinder already was activated DO NOT make PinFinder activation again during box upgrade.

Did u use Update dongle manager?

If not plz download from support area then try to maintain procedure..
Which is already given by infininty main exe (Documentaion tab)

still not activate

tanx 4 fast reply, sorry 4 my 1st post.
i follow carefully the instruction but still not working.
the version of dongle manager is 1.25 and the pin finder firmware is 1.14..
if this cant be activated again how can i use my pin finder box.
i hope have solution 4 this...
pls help

Try to upgrade dongle one more time.
In case of any problems follow instruction given by DongleManager: send problem description and log text to [email protected]
