My infinity box is on and off which is the best method to replace the dongle or update the existing one

It may work for one week then next day it is not found, if abandoned without use say one month or more then it starts working

If so, I think you have a reason to clean smart-card and box contacts very gently. it may helps.

It is not do with cleaning it is an old Dongle made before year 2005
