anybody can help me i have a Q380-A before the phone is if i play a song the phone we reboot after i select a song to play

1st step, i decide to format phone still not done

2nd Step, i flash the phone same firmware but after i finish the phone is blingking only white screen

this is original version of Firmware , then i dowload support same this and i try flash phone after finish the phone blingking w/ white sreen

can you post formating LOG.
sometimes mistake just in one digit in firmaware version is important

hello!

try all same version flash files, each time make format FFS complete after that.
there is 3 same files on support. dont care about phone model at the end of file

hello!

sometimes phone has very unique hardware configuration and common files do not fit.
best way to solve such problem is to find same working phone and read out full backup.
