cable u can use SHARP GX30,pinout u can check in shell

software version: ****# with accepted simcard

2.130: can be unlocked
2.280: can't be unlocked

If phone can not be connected I think you have a problem with cable.
Also, this phone is very old and it may have damaged or dirty bottom connector - you must check it too.
