and i want to unlock this mobile i cant i saw always this meesage

sad to say, but looks like you have big problems with reading.
Here is final info for you, my lazy friend.

go to "Settings" page in software.
select connection mode v4
repeat unlock process

thread closed due to no reasons to continue.
