MODEL : CHINES SIGMATEL H1 CPU : 6225 FLASH ST: M30L0R7000T0, M36L0R7040T0 T 16Mb both set exact same 1 ST PHONE WORKING FINE NOT ANY PROBLEM JUST FOR TESTING 2 nd PHONE DEAD COZ ERASED WHOLE FLASH CHIP NOW Q IS : WHEN I TRYING TO READ FULL FLASH FROM WORKING PHONE CHINES-MIRACLE 2.91 READING FILE OK BUT FILE SIZE IS 8.00 MB BUT EXACT PHONE FLASH SIZE IS 16 MB I HAVE FLASHED PHONE WITH READE 8MB FILE BUT NO LUCK STILL DEAD WHAT ANY SETTING IN SOFTWARE OR ANY OTHER METHOD FOR READING THANK YOU BR.DYNET |

When Infinity-Box software read full flash from phone and save file to disk this file is internally packed (similar to ZIP or RAR), so if you read 16Mb flash from phone you will get file with less size than 16Mb. Do you see any messages about "new firmware version" during flash read process ? Are you sure that 2nd phone has no hardware damage ? Post here flash read log. | |
