hi support Servers Fix this S**t Message

hi 4 abaout 4 days i'm trying to download updates and i got thes "Stupid" Messsage "Could not open ./download_count.log file for writing"
so fix this prob or go hell, we spend our mony to have a full support, not driving us crasy like s**t support of MB do,

so it's normally that i spent money to won time.not to complicate may works

The support works fine for me, and i don't see anyone complain these days, so the problem is you
