hi infinity team help me plz my box crashed by power failure or other reason its not being repair so tell it has a chip how i use this chip to run infinity software plzzzzzzz help bcoze infinity box is too costly i cant again purchase it

Hello,

The most expensive part of box is "smart-card".
Open box and you will see white color sim-card, it's a smart-card.
You can insert this smart-car in other box (f.e. SE-Tool etc.) or you can buy external e-gate card-reader (contact your reseller, for sure he must know what is it). Estimated card-reader price is 10-15 usd (maybe even cheaper).

Then you will be able to run Infinity-Box software and you can use any cables set instead of damaged Infinity-Box unibox.

sir i purchased external egate card reader but there is one confusion i paste infinity smart card in external egate card reader but whice box i do attach for use infinity software bcoze my infinity box crashed,dead bcoze when i try to start infinity setup soft it says box not found... help

Hello,

Remove card-reader from PC
Open PC Device Manager
Connect card-reader (with card inserted) to PC

Do you see new device (e-gate smart-card) in Devicemanager when you connect card-reader (with card) to PC ?

Also, if you have other box with e-gate smart-card (f.e. SE-Tool), you can insert Infinity-Box smart-card in this box and test is it possible or not to run Infinity-Box software.

If so it may be card-reader fault or smart-card become damaged.
If you have Se-Tool or other boxes try to check "e-gate smart card" device with other box.
If you will be able to see "smart-card" device with other box then you have a reason to insert Infinity card in other box and see results, so we will know for sure where is the problem: is it card-reader fault or smart-card fault.

can i check this smart card to furious gold box now days i do not using this box or after paste this card to box no need to write any firmware/etc in the box

best option to use infinity smart card is with with ustpro, vygis, nspro , setool, cruiser

usb com u can select coz nspro pinouts are different from infinity
