HI, product supporter,
I have Unit TCL A288 have phone security code, im trying to remove code, user/lock code, but no lucks, im trying to format phone but no locks, trying to enter possible lock codes for china mobile but no lucks.

But one last thing Im trying to do is to flash w/firmware at support site, but my unit now is dead.. please any firmware for this phone TCL A288, kindly needed asap.

HI did you have any firmware for this unit? I think the firmware of the support site is faked, dont ever used it, it kills your phone, tested by me.
please add more working firmware for this phone, at support site or upload it here.

Hello,

If required file can not be found in support area (please use "search" function in support area first)
it will be good if somebody can read full flash from the same good working phone and send
full flash backup to [email protected] so we will be able to prepare and upload
good working files in support area for all users.

Please, DO NOT send to us backup files from damaged phones. We CAN NOT repair damaged files !

To your reference: all flash files in support area is good and working.
you must make full flash backup from your phone if you want to be sure that your phone will be alive.
If you really want to get help I suggest you to read my previous message well, hope it's not so hard instruction for you.
Also I suggest you read FA thread and see how to make problem description.

If you will try to post here repeated messages every hour we will close this kind of threads.
