best asansam activation problem

i have best dongle with activation asansam , but not possible open software asansam all in software , hua team manager said me you have activation asansam converto hua. i do all things driver,change windows. show error card not found. but when i use best and micro box software same dongle all working normal. best sr.no.430F6C67

Update dongle firmware with DongleManager now.
Then run Hua.

Sir, i sent you many message but you always said just change Windows,change drivers,change smard card reader. Infinity solved my problem without change anythings.
