there is a problem when i run my contentEx.exe
i see like this message

so can any one help me plz how to activate ?????

I am sure it's no need to wait 10 days.
10 days delay may be result of lost/spam e-mail only but for sure it's not a result of lazy support (as you think).
If you still did not got an answer to your mail I sugeest you to send e-mail once again, and if you do not receive an answer in 1 day sned e-mail to [email protected]

As per information from my partner, we have sent to you activation file at least 3 times.
Anyway, today I have sent it two more times.

if you have bad mailbox I strongly suggest you never make posts like "after ten days of no response".

It was your fault, but you try to make bad reputation for us.

If you have Credits at your Infinity Online Account - you can activate Content Extractor by yourself, just go to "Products" menu.
