hello.

i see that we can modify an existing language to another using Language Pack Editor but if we have one language (english ) how to add another one Ex : X760 Tmobile have only English language inside !

You can't make this via LPE, but in some cases i can make this manually. In cases if firmware have only one language, have big problem -firmware don't have free space for adding other language, so - you can change english language to other, needed by you - go to Setting tab, select Advanced settings and check 'Edit english language' - after this LPE can change english language in firmare to other, needed by you (if firmware have free space for it).
