these 2 are the windows' own process, I even had them cleaned, but they come back alo

If you think antivirus software is wrong - run Infinity exe, it should work.
remember - if PC infected with virus Infinity sftware do not run because exe check is it infected or not. If infected it can not run!
What is the result?

Also, do you see any error message after run exe?
Do you have fault.bin file in folder woth software?
