How to fix Software can not run


If Infinity software can not run (exit silently) make this:

1. Disable AVAST


2. Disable Windows Defender


3. Disable other antivirus


4. Scan/cure your PC
1. Download free antivirus - https://free.drweb.com/download+cureit+free/?lng=en
2. Cure your PC
3. Delete Infinity C:/InfinityBox/CM2MT2/ software folder completely
4. Delete Infinity C:/InfinityBox/CM2SP2/ software folder completely
5. Delete Infinity C:/InfinityBox/BEST2/ software folder completely
6. Install CM2MT2 and CM2SP2 and BEST2 again


5. Do not use any kind of usb sharing and sniff tools and similar
1. Read NOTE info - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?s=2
2. Uninstall Eltima/Flexihub and other sharing/sniff software and reboot your PC
3. You was warned, don't cry if something goes wrong, it's YOUR fault.


6. Fix conflict with other installed software
1. Find file fault.bin in folder C:/InfinityBox/CM2MT2/ or in folder C:/InfinityBox/CM2SP2/ or in folder C:/InfinityBox/BEST2/
2. Upload file to https://mega.nz/ and post link here
3. If you can not attach file here send it via e-mail - https://www.infinity-box.com/contact/
4. Wait for instruction


7. If you can not find fault.bin file (or if you deleted it by mistake) make this:
1. Download and run Sysinternals Process Explorer - https://download.sysinternals.com/fi...ssExplorer.zip
2. Run procexp64.exe
3. go to menu File -> Save
4. Save file
5. Copy/paste file content here
6. if you can not copy/paste - upload file to https://mega.nz/ and post link here
7. if you can not copy/paste and upload send it via e-mail - https://www.infinity-box.com/contact/

Exclamation Sp2 and mt2 are not open

i 2 dongle of CM2, all at sametime stop working on
MT2 and SP2, it's just blink and disappear, is it mean that my dongle as problem?, what should i do?,
i did full scan, delute folder on c"\infinity and re-install again, but still no avail,

if dongle activation expired what message used to show,
how user of infinity dongle CM2 knows that we need to re-activate?

if need to re-activate how should i do it?, to who?, or where?have.

When you need to renew support you will see a MESSAGE that dongle should be updated.

Do you see any message after you run software ?
