How to know A290 which Version is old and which one is new Version..

You can see software release date and then you will see is it old or new.

That info can be obtained during "Identify" operation with "Full Info" option checked.
If check "Extra Info" - then you can get also HW and rest info ( if that possible ) for determine exactly version and etc.
