how to know the flash file of china phone?


dear infinity team, will you please guide how to know rigth flash file of this unit.. MT6226BA0745-BOAL DP47HB...This is the CPU type

Hello,

Please, make search in support area by required model name or by firmware version.
Also do not forget to check \\flashfiles\\ChineseMiracle\\_doc folder

there are many kinds of firmware in support area, how do i know the right firmware and version of this phone? thanks for your kindly support

Hello,

Do not make "whole flash chip" format.
Now restore original phone backup and make "format" in "safe" mode.
If problem still exist make "format" in "complete" mode.
