how to remove infinix zero x509 privacy protection

i have infinix x509 with privacy protection..... already try reset privacy lock but phone stil ask code, try full factory reset phone still ask code...

Hello. Just make "Reset Privacy" lock option. After, just for make sure - "Full Factory Reset".

Post both logs after.

try reset privacy.... still lock

Try selected "RESET USER LOCKS" and post results....

done...... after reset user lock phone is unlock, :)

Better just read NV and make "debugLog".
Other - SP : Make DebugLog

It help me alot on checking problem.

Reset UserLocks normally not touch sensetive data, it strange.

already try reset factory and reset privacy many times almost 5time but still lock, after reset user lock phone stuck on logo, after power on again, yessss unlock.. :)
