How to Repair Nexian G900 Bluetooth Address 00:00:00:00? - GSM-Forum

dear Infinity Team,

at the weekend i have a customer with bluetooth problem Nexian G900
at first bluetooth menu won't open then i have to format complete mode. Now bluetooth menu can open but won't turn on bluetooth. I flash using backup firmware and firmware from download support page, but still have no change.

i checked in bluetooth properties menu, the bluetooth address is 00:00:00:00

is it hardware failure or software failure? is there any solution to solve this problem?

maybe hardwer fault chek cpu

It looks like it's a hardware problem (bluetooth module fault).
