try to reset phone caming this error

Operation : Format File System / Reset Settings [ v1.27 ]
Settings : SmartFormat is On

1. Remove battery. Insert USB cable
2. Press and hold BootKey ( Skip, if use BootCable )
3. Insert battery

i already using this module most phone working fine to only some phones displaying this error please tel me how to solve this problem i thing it to be update your software module

vinco c7 vinco c6, greentel c7 this 3 hone i have already same above problem . other many model working fine i have check with nck dogle same problem this only 3 phones
