New nktel A200 after flashing white display?

Before phone ok. so unfortuintly full file not read.
So we flash by this file its size 4 mb GINWAVE25_08A_GEMINI_PCB01_GSM_MT6225_S00.DSX801_COS TD_EN_01__nktel-a200_8m_En_Ru_Fr_Vn_Hi_Farsi_Ar.B0M.
after that phone now show white display

but its original file this
Files\InfinityBox\CGINWAVE25_08A_GEMINI_PCB01_GSM_ MT6225_S00.DSX801_COSTD_EN_01__system_log_69F8CE1F _6E58F2B3_20100226-150822.B0X.bin
this is not full backup. only make auto inifinity in backup folder, its size 2.21 kb

Not found full flash file in suport area.. there is one that its siz 4mb, after flashing phone whit display.
this is new nktel a200. difrent piont between both nktels is that, its Rx tx not in new nktel phone, only concting with simple cable,
