For both of you, there's a new boot which isn't yet supported by Infinity which is: e-gold 820013. So, if your cell phone's got this one, it cannot be unlocked.

Sure, no problem. E-gold 820013 is a new version of Bootloader (new security) of some GSM ZTE cell phones.
