Hello,
Without logs we can't find exactly where it get wrong may b driver problem
Anyway here is solution_ download flash file and pst from support and flash ur set in emergency mode by pressing * 5pwr after flash perform unlock operation again

Did U downloaded Flash File And Pst From Support And After Downloading Install Pst And Take Ur Phone Battry Out Now Press *5 And Insert Battery It will Show U Foce Download On Phone Screen Now Plus Cable In Phone And Open Pst It will Show U Connected On Port Xyz(Your System Port) Now select File And Flash Ur phone After Complete Perform Unlcok Operation Again
