Help for my Sands Model A303i - GSM-Forum

I have a chinese dual sim phone Sands model A303i that just keeps restarting itself. Happened when we set up Blue tooth on near a Nokia phone. Please help me know how I can flush it out and reload because we suspect the operating system corrupt.
