It seems that your system doesn't have a Default Internet browser.Set default internet browser and try again,if still you arent able to solve this problem.The Simple method is open your internet browser and right click and paste and press Enter Button On keyboard and you will be directed to support page.Well right click and paste option will only work when you open shell and click on goto support and you will be prompted with the same message as you have posted.
