I cant Install driver in Vista
 

when i want to install drivers then i see this error always

same problem sir.i have download shell 1.26 from support erea but still i cant instal infinity vista drivers.

What is the problem exactly ?
Did you checked Infinity-Box Installation manual and pictures in that manual ?

sir the problem is when i connect the infinty box to my computer,a blue screen come and after a few seconds my pc restart

That's problem come because Some Conflict in egate Smartcard Driver in Your Computer
Are You Using another Box/tool that use egate Smartcard Driver too ?
(For example : Cruiser Box /SE Tool Box is use that Driver)
if the answer is yes, than (Before connecting or installing):

1. You must enabling the setting @Device Manager to run smartcard reader more than one
2. Uninstall any available egatesmartcard driver that has been installing on your computer, use egate uninstaller to do this and make clean install !!!
3. Restart Your computer after you do the Point-2
4. Reinstalling & Use the latest egatesmartcard driver
5. Connect the Box one by one (i dont' have an information about what Tool/box you use)

Please check it and post the result in here ...

Hello,

go to "Device manager" and uninstall e-gate drivers there.

What Another Repairing Tool Box that you use Sir (that make conflict driver @ Ur Computer) ?!
For example .... if You are Using Cruiser Box, U will find thge Uninstaller in:
X:\Program Files\Cruiser\Cyberflex Access e-gate Drivers\Uninstaller
just double click file name Uninstaller.exe to make clean remove egate driver

That procedure Only removed Temporary, Not Clean UnInstall.
If user connecting again the box, some time the driver will installing automatically.

better use Uninstaller file
