hi infinity , i saw this message when i try to read detailed information
BUT where to press repair security area

?? i cant find this tab ....

New firmware detected:
ARIMA26_06A_PCB01_GPRS_MT6226_S01.7S7110MY00-001-R1A.BIN

- make "Repair security area" operation
- send "backup_system_log_..." file to support !
- make "Read full flash" operation
- send flash backup file(s) to support

ver. sw1: ARIMA26_06A_PCB01_GPRS_MT6226_S01.7S7110MY00-001-R1A.BIN
ver. sw2: 7S7110MY00-001-R1A, 9D13D2D3

Hello,

Sorry, my fault, button is missing, will be fixed in next update.
Anyway, "backup_system_log" was created during "read flash" procedure so everything is not so bad.
Files received, will be prepared and uploaded in support area.

all right , 1 more question , i receip a china 6300 with double encryption , mean cant not read from a good phone & flash to another phone , it Including security on cpu id , can u fix this problem ?? i aready read out the firmware & send to support , hope can fix asap ... TQ

Hello,

Yes, possible. "backup_system_log" file should be attached together with flash backup.
What was 6300 firmware version name ?

check cable again. your cable is bad, software works for sure so you must check cable again.
