How to get new model supported
Question: I have new phone model and I want to see this model supported by Infinity-Box. What to do ?
Answer:
1. open phone, find CPU chip and Flash chip
2. send e-mail to [email protected] with the next info:
2.1. CPU chip name
2.2. Flash chip name
2.3. phone bottom connector type (photo, if available)
2.4. Gnd, Charge, +Battery pins location on phone connector
2.5. full text from phone back label (label under battery)
2.6. phone photo (or link to phone photo)
2.7. is it sp-locked or simfree phone
2.8. is it exist original data/com/usb cable in phone package
2.9. is it exist CD with original drivers in phone package
2.10. estimated phone price
2.11. any additional information
We will check your information and will tell you is it possible to make support for this model or not.

Please, try to read flash from this phone like IMobile-611 model (the same cable like LG C2500).
In case of success please send flash backup to [email protected]

I have tried your advice but it's not working.
phone can't booting

n then i try to use like this Spice S700 picture
n it's working..,phone can boot

now i send i-mobile CE0889 flash backup to you infinity team..,

Thank you for file and information !
In fact this phone firmware is quite similar to Spice-S700.

What is the problem with this phone ?
If it has any kind of software problem it's no need to flash it, just try to make "safe" or "complete" ffs format and in most cases phone can be repaired (select model Spice-S700 from list).
If you have other problem with this phone please describe the problem so detailed as possible.
