for this model you can easily find piouts ....just open the set and RX/TX/Vbat/Gnd are together near the Sim_Reader .

open the housing of china nokia n95 and you will find a pin on board
use open rj 45 and solder on it

1. power : connect at vbat
2.box tx : connect to phone rx
3.box rx : connect to phone tx
8.GND : connect to GND
