i have a samsung s229 .my problem is restart samsung.i make the unlock the phone and reset nv and esn then it restart please help me what i am do?

Flash the phone with Samsung 229 pst. You can get the bin and pst in Non-Nokia CDMA section.

i don't have a cdma flash programs,i use infinity there only two option,

Infinity-Box do not have support for flash write operation for this model.
