hello master,
Lenovo P780.
android version : 4.4.2
when i insert sim card, sim card is detect but no service and i check sim card manager from phone show " Grameen Phone and security Level"

i mean sim card detect but Security Level.

how to shoot master ?

Hello.
Not have idea about that problem, but start from standard flow :
Factory Reset , NVRAM or better flash FW first.

There is much lenovo phones, which have bad solder faults, which are affect much things, like network and etc.
