When I buy CM2 Dongle, What's the features included with it?

Can I repair MTK, SPD freely or should I buy each software alone?

I didn't understand what really I can do with it? Please explain to me!

New Dongle comes with one year activation,after Expire you will renew one year or two years.
After Subscription You can use All Infinity Cm2 softwares eg,SPD,Mtk QLM etc.... Including OLD Modules.
After yearly Expire you can still using your old Software EXCEPT NEW UPDATES.

Its better to ask that Resseller before you buy.
