I want to transfer hcu account to dongle infinity
I spoke with hcu support and instructed me to pay for the remaining days in the license

I have no information how to do that, you are the first, so we have to contact to dc-unlocker supporters to make it together.
dc-unlocker office is closed at Saturday and Sunday so we will contact them at Monday. Please make a post in this thread at Monday so we do not forget to discuss your question.

What you should do now: connect dongle 00B1680E52 to PC, run dc-unlocker client, you will see something like "not activated" or so, click OK, close dc-unlocker. Now wait Monday.

activation can be transfere only manually at the moment. It requries credits.
It can be done this way: user buy credits for dongle (via IOS).
How much dc-unlocker/hcu credits it requires can calculate here: https://hcu-client.com/migratecalc.html
For your account (717 days left) it's require 19 dc-unlocker/hcu credits, maybe today you need 20 dc-unlocker/hcu credits.
So you can order 2 times by 10 dc-unlocker/hcu credits (20 dc-unlocker/hcu in total). Once completed, make a post here and then we can contact to dc-unlocker with transfer request.

also please check dc-unlocker office open hours here - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/contacts
as soon as office will be closed we will be unable to send your transfer request.
it's also good idea do not send request 10 minutes before office closed.
