I9500 nand read ok but bad file


I read successfully i9500 nand file but when I try to load is says bad file
How to recover this file now?

nand write not activated yet

if u read as FF use sptool for write its

.ispff cannot be used with SPFT, it's specific Infinity readed file and can only be used with Infinity CM2.
If phone has MT6571/6572 Nand read factory firmware (scat) and then you can use it with SPFT.

It's 6572 nand cannot read factory firmware. Now phone in dead condition, cannot read file

Hello,
MT6572 Nand is supported for ff reading, just make sure read info is success or check Nand Extra box.
Try to find other same model and read ff from it and write via SPFT.

I will not make FW. It very long and strange way. Plan make in one button converter for such. If it will work.

NAND will read IN ANY CASE with enabled NAND EXT.

Read FW with "NAND Ext" option and flash to faulty one with SPFT after.
