If you have another card-reader insert Smart-Card into another Reader and try again.
Also you can try to use another PC or another Internet connection.

i tried in 1 laptop and 1 desktop, same result.
my internet connection is stable, already tried in 2 different internet connection. use other card reader is my last option, i will try, and thank you for suggestion.
