Hello,

I think it may be phone hardware problem.
Some people told us about problems with booting (phone can not connect to software) but if phone was connected with software it was unlocked well, at least it was no any problems reported by users.
So I think it may be that your phone has hardware problems.

hello sorry sir but it's not phone hardware prob but cable connectivity problem some users use vle5 cable and there's lot of quality cables and these phones have same pinouts with vle5 series but pinouts are so deep to connect so only some cables can connect i have the same problem today with this phone and after trying lot of cables it was unlocked without problem

ensure good contact between cable and phone and you will enjoy the unlock with infinity-box
